Start with Strength Foundations. We'll build your movement vocabulary, establish safe lifting mechanics, and create a nutrition framework that fits your life — not a diet you'll abandon in three weeks. No experience required. Every session is coached one-to-one or in groups of six or fewer.
I train regularly but I've plateaued
Body Recomposition or Athletic Conditioning — depending on whether your goal is aesthetic or performance-based. We'll audit your current programme, identify gaps, and rebuild your training with periodised structure and progressive benchmarks.
I'm preparing for a specific event or competition
Athletic Conditioning with a custom competition taper. We'll reverse-engineer your training calendar from your event date, building peak performance at exactly the right moment. Includes sport-specific testing and nutritional periodisation.
I want to lose weight and keep it off

Capped Session Sizes No session exceeds six participants. Most are one-to-one. This isn't a class — it's coached training with real-time form correction, load adjustment, and individual programming within every session.
Nutrition as Architecture We don't hand you a meal plan and wish you luck. Nutrition is integrated into your programme with caloric targets, macro frameworks, meal timing guidance, and fortnightly adjustments based on your progress data.
